Being a Child Development specialist, Career Counsellor, Educator and having been associated with the field of Education and students since 2006, contributes towards providing a multidimensional approach both while counselling and during skill enhancement sessions. Desire to know, learn and explore the various aspects of education, keeps me going. To date, I have worked with a spectrum of students-age ranging from 6 years to college students.
Today we have managed to equip the child with the most excellent technological proficiency but in the process, they conclude working for a competitive education system solely. At times they end up pursuing somebody else's dream career—it could be any family member or a role model.
All the information related to colleges, universities, courses can be "GOOGLED", then why THINKING LADDER? Well, this is what sets us apart from others.
Deciding what to do next? Or which stream to choose can be downright difficult! Keeping this in mind we are offering Career Assessment and Counselling service for students. We believe that interest, aptitude, knowledge, and career are not two roads that diverge, but a beautiful journey that runs parallelly. They are homogeneous and must be addressed holistically.
Thinking Ladder focuses on the enhancement of students' skills and guiding them with future paths. Our journey began in 2017. We always felt that education should be about providing clarity and about enhancing one's skills.
When a student comes to us, we employ tools and techniques to help them understand themselves. Our sessions don't just involve psychometric assessments ... we focus on working one on one to have a clear perspective of students' strengths and weaknesses.
After each brainstorming session, we come up with a holistic view of student's personality, interests, aptitudes, aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses.
Thinking Ladder's Career assessment and Counselling helps students be Future Ready with 21st-century skills and assists them in making an informed educational and occupational decision.
We just don't stop here!........ After assisting the young mind with the career choice and developing the plan of action path; the focus shifts to making students future-ready by working on academic skills like leadership skills, memory enhancement, communication, critical and lateral thinking.
